Data we collect
Contact / quote form: name, laboratory, e-mail address, phone number and a description of your case. This data is used only to answer your request and prepare a quote (legal basis: pre-contractual measures and legitimate interest). It is kept for 3 years after the last contact, then deleted.
Appointment booking: the calendar is provided by Calendly LLC (United States). It is loaded only after your consent in the cookie banner; the data you enter is processed under Calendly’s privacy policy.
WhatsApp: the button and QR code open a WhatsApp conversation (Meta Platforms). Use of WhatsApp is governed by Meta’s terms.
Cookies
The website runs without advertising cookies. Only the following are used: technical cookies from the host Framer, required for the site to work; a local record of your consent choice (“exceldent-cookie-consent”); Calendly cookies, only after acceptance. You can withdraw your consent at any time by clearing the site data in your browser.
Transfers outside the European Union
Exceldent is established in China and Hong Kong. Data sent through the form is processed there by our sales team. We apply appropriate confidentiality and security measures and, for European Union customers, the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses can be provided on request.
